This is Sophia, our 7-year-old baby girl who has been the light of our lives for the past 5 years. We rescued her from an unimaginably abusive situation, and since then, she has blossomed into the sweetest, most loving soul. With time, love, and patience, she has transformed her pain into trust and has become an irreplaceable part of our family.

But now, Sophia needs your help.

Over the last few months, Sophia has been experiencing debilitating seizures that we can’t seem to stop. We’ve already spent $6,000 trying to figure out what’s wrong and finally discovered the cause—seizures—but the next step is crucial. Sophia needs an MRI to pinpoint what’s triggering them so that we can give her the care she desperately needs.

We’ve done everything we can to cover these expenses, but now, we’re at a point where we can’t do it alone. Asking for help is something we’ve never done before—it feels so humbling and hard—but for Sophia, we’d do anything.
