Help Sweetie Walk Again – Urgent Surgery Needed

On February 26th, my boyfriend and I found six puppies abandoned near a cow farm. They were hungry, scared, and completely alone. We couldn’t leave them behind.

We worked quickly to find safe, loving homes for five of them, but one needed us more than the others.

Meet Sweetie

From the moment we saw her, we knew something was wrong. While her siblings ran and played, Sweetie could barely move. She tried to keep up, but her back legs wouldn’t support her. It was heartbreaking to watch this sweet, helpless puppy struggle.

We rushed her to the vet, hoping for the best, but the news was devastating.

Sweetie has three broken bones:

• Her hip

• Her femur

• Her iliac

The vet believes these injuries are consistent with severe trauma, possibly from being thrown or hit. Despite everything she has been through, Sweetie is still so loving and full of hope.

She is just a baby—she deserves to run, play, and have a happy, love-filled puppyhood.

She Needs Urgent Surgery to Walk Again

The only way for Sweetie to heal is through orthopedic surgery to repair the fractures. Without it, she may never walk properly—or worse, she will live in constant pain.

This is an expensive and complex procedure, but we refuse to give up on her.
