Give Wendy Hammond a Beautiful Farewell

Dear Friends and Community,

It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the sudden passing of our mom Wendy Hammond who was 55 years old. On the 1st of August 2024, Wendy left all of us unfortunately losing the battle to stage 4 cancer. She will be leaving a void in our hearts by all who knew her. She was a fighter but this fight she left at peace. As we come to terms with this heartbreaking loss, we are reaching out for your support to ensure that Wendy receives the love and respectful goodbyes she deserves from friends and family.

Wendy, originally from Delaware, but Virginia Beach was where she went with peace to be with the Lord. In these difficult times, and no insurance we are raising funds to help cover the costs of her funeral service to be held in Delaware and to transport her back to Delaware from Virginia Beach. This is so family and friends can give their final love and respects. Wendy wouldn’t want us reaching for help but we all know she deserves a beautiful service.
