Giving hope to the Arthur family

Tatum was a kind loving soul who had a smile that would brighten everyone's day. He would always be the rock for everyone to lean on and he would do everything he could to see you smile. He was loved so much by his school and all his friends. He was in NJROTC and held pride of wearing his uniform to the highest standards. He was always respectful to those around him and his veterans.
