In loving memory Our friend Dean Ebert

HI, I'm putting on a fundraiser for a very near and dear friend of mine. He was a security guard of mine for a while and moved up the ranks to manager. Last night after midnight he was in a parking lot trying to break up a fight between females and he unfortunately was shot and did not survive. A senseless act of violence on top of violence. As he was trying to make peace and end a fight, he instead lost his life. As most of us early 40's and younger we don't have life insurance. This fundraiser will help tremendously with many cost especiallythe funeral.

This was not news I expected to hear this morning, but my STL friend's have always been more like family to me and news always gets to me fast.

This has not been easy for any of us to process, as he was a security guard of mine first, and he was a damn good one. A person who kept me highly protected, and was just trying to do the right thing lost his life.
