Giving Value in Action: Veterans Community Project

SumnerOne has donated $5,000 to Veterans Community Project, an organization dedicated to providing housing and resources to Veterans in need. VPC is based out of Kansas City, and has operations in St. Louis, with plans to expand across the Midwest. SumnerOne will MATCH up to $5,000 of total employee donations made to Veterans Community Project between now and the end of the year. We’re also partnering with VPC for 2021, & we’ll organize quarterly opportunities for us to get involved.

Focusing first on the Greater-Kansas City area, VCP aspires to use Kansas City as the blueprint for achieving similar successes in cities across the United States. VCP has a long-term goal of eliminating Veteran homelessness nationwide.
