Security Deposit

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn. I have created this gofundme as a way to potentially raise money in order to pay my security deposit. It is currently the time of the year where apartments go quickly and I do not currently have the money to pay the deposit.

I desperately need the apartment in order to live in the town where my college is located. My hometown is several hours away and I do not have the best or most reliable living situation there. My parents cannot be guarantors for my lease application, and for this apartment complex, without a guarantor, I need to pay the equivalent of 2 months' rent as a security deposit. I would seek on-campus housing, but this complex is nicer and cheaper for a 12-month lease and I would be able to stay and work over the summer.

I pay my car bills, tuition, meal plan, and other necessities on my own. I work a fast-food job with late-night hours (sometimes until 5 am) while being a full-time college student. It's simply not attainable for me to work any more hours than I already am to save up money in time to get the apartment. I would not be asking if it wasn't necessary. Anything would really help, thank you.
