Support Cookie's Surgery and Recovery

Hello Family and friends,

My name is Danette, but many of you know me as Cookie. I would not normally do this, but I am in need of your assistance. I have been battling with some health issues for over 3 years. Unfortunately, I have had to make the decision to move forward with surgery in order to resolve the issue. My surgery is Thursday, September 26th. My job, unfortunately, will not pay me while I am out of work for 8 weeks.
