Large Feet - Custom Shoes Needed

Hi, I am raising funds for shoes. May seem like a little thing to some, but to me it’s a big deal. See I am 6’9” and I wear a size 16 in mens shoe, but as a female, I am looking for feminine shoes which would be a size 18 in flats, heels, etc. i have the largest woman’s feet in the world according to Guinness Book of World Records. All my current shoes are mens and they are not flattering. Most women can go to the store and just buy a pair of shoes to go with any outfit they want, but I don’t have that luxury. I am working with a custom shoe builder in London to help make me some shoes for my feet but each pair of shoes is $400, and that is on the cheap side. I work for a non profit, fulfilling God’s mission on my life, so my pay is enough to cover the necessities of life. I just want to feel like every other woman feels when they dress up and look cute.
