Gladys Lorena Chavez

My name is Valerie. I am the eldest daughter of Gladys. As some of you may know, my mother is still fighting but is nearing the end of her journey on hospice. I am creating this go fund me for all funeral and cremation expenses. Anything extra will go towards our families business (Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant) as they have been closed for the past couple of weeks as my mother was in the ICU fighting for her life. This has been incredibly difficult and heartbreaking for her loved ones. We are thankful for any and all donations or shares.

My mother was loved by so many. My wish is that everyone remembers her as the beautiful, crazy, caring, strong, outspoken woman she always was. Never afraid to crack a joke or say some very out of pocket things but also wouldn’t hesitate to give you the shirt off of her back. She deserved the world.
