Global Village Camp 2023

We will be creating another Global Village Camp for our students to come together and experience a night under recycled materials and canvas.

Sadly, people across the world continue to experience extreme challenges through displacement as refugees.

This Global Village Camp will raise donations to support these people.

What is Global Village Camp?

The Global Village Camp is an overnight stay at Southfield in which the students create their own ‘village camp’ in solidarity with refugees and displaced people around the world. There will be various activities and team-building activities throughout the evening.

Creating a Global Village camp is an exciting opportunity to celebrate the completion of the first module in our Healthy Living curriculum, in which students have been exploring ideas around ‘My World’.

The camp draws together some of the key themes running through this module; who students are as individuals and who they want to become, building self- esteem and confidence as well realising their ability to contribute to society at different scales e.g. within school, locally, nationally and globally.

With your generous donations, you will help our students fundraise for charities of their choosing with a critical cause.
