Transgender Surgery

My name is Shane Carter, I am a transgender FTM and I am looking for help in getting my top surgery. I have some money saved up but unfortunately obtained an injury while working as an EMT and am currently unable to work for an undecided amount of time with a possible back surgery in my future and I would really like to have my top surgery done first. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and never forgotten. I hate asking for help, but unfortunately it has come to that point as every day gets harder.
