I have been trying to clear my name for over ''23'' plus years here in the State of Louisiana.  I have been ''SET-UP'' by the then ''16TH Judicial District Courts, Assistant District Attorney, Mr. J. Wayne Landry'', and his ''TROOPS''!!!  As a result, I have been SANCTIONED AND BANNED OUT OF THE COURTS!!!   Here in Louisiana, ''Justice'' has a price .
