Fund for Alex

Alex was involved in a severe car accident on December 6, 2020. After 5 days in the hospital, he is now home and beginning the healing process. He experienced significant damage to his right leg (4 breaks, including the knee). Because of the severity of the damage, we expect him to be confined to bed until February. The doctors will determine at that time if he can begin weight bearing on his leg and what the next part of the healing process will entail. We have no good answer about how long he will be laid up, other than no less than 2 months before he can even try using his leg. 

Any funds raised through this platform will be used for living expenses like cell phone bills, utilities and care for his home (while he stays with me), etc., in addition to helping toward PT visits and wound care appointments.

I know this year has been hard for many people so money is not abundant all the way around. Because of this, I want to personally say we appreciate each and every dollar contributed to reduce the financial burden of Alex's accident on his and our ability to care for him. We are thankful for his life and all the people who support our family with food, coordinating getting him home, and taking care of our hearts. The blessings are real and in this way, our cups runneth over.
