My name is Olivier Nzeyimana, and I am the founder of Nzolivier, a company committed to business growth, community initiatives, and social impact in Burundi. At 40 years old, I have dedicated myself to understanding and addressing the complexities of addiction.

As Dr. Gabor Maté wisely states:

"Addiction is manifested in any behavior that a person craves, finds temporary relief or pleasure in but suffers negative consequences as a result, and yet has difficulty giving up."

Addiction is not just about drugs—it extends to gambling, shopping, internet use, and more. But in Burundi, the devastating effects of drug addiction are tearing families apart, leaving young people hopeless, and contributing to crime, unemployment, and mental health struggles.

Our Mission: A Drug Rehabilitation Center in Burundi

We are launching an urgent initiative to establish Burundi’s first holistic drug rehabilitation center, offering:

1. Comprehensive Addiction Recovery

A safe space providing medical, psychological, and social support for individuals battling addiction.

2. Community Education & Awareness

Programs to reduce stigma, educate families, and prevent addiction before it begins.

3. Skills Training & Reintegration Programs

Empowering recovering individuals with job training and life skills to help them rebuild their lives.
