Go For Wo - Jason Womack's fight against Cancer
Donation protected
Jason Womack was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in April 2023. After over a year and a half of battling an intensive treatments, Jason was informed he had kicked cancer's ass and was in the clear, this July 2024.
This November (2024), he learned the cancer has come back and has metastasized. He is currently undergoing additional treatments and continuing to fight but needs your help! In addition to chemotherapy and radiation, his doctors have recommended advanced intensive therapies, which the family's insurance does not cover. The effective treatments which will average an upwards of $250k have already begun, and we are hoping to help the Womack family cover the costs.
UPDATE:
February 2025 update from Tarah:
Jason is now with City of Hope and all his conventional treatments have been transferred to their care. City of Hope is renowned for their excellent cancer care and clinical trials. His latest scans have shown that things are moving in the right direction, and he is responding well, while continuing with his chemotherapy treatments.
The family is still seeking costly alternative treatments in conjunction with the conventional modalities. They are utilizing a Functional Medicine oncology health coach, acupuncture treatments, nutritional support, and targeted therapies such as Hyperthermia and detoxification therapies, medications, and supplements. These are very costly monthly expenses as they are relying solely on one income for their family. In addition to the treatment expenses the family needs help with monthly living expenses. The family would like to thank all of you amazing people for your donations and outpouring of love. Thank you for your support.”
