Kluthuthu Christian College

The Board of Directors of Kluthuthu Christian College would like to invite you to be a part of a huge and transformative vision and journey of establishing an independent Christian college in the far north of Queensland. This vision is the realization of the dream in 2015 by the founder and visionary, Mark Howard.

After 6 years of communication and negotiation with the Traditional Owners and the Napranum Aboriginal Shire Council, Kluthuthu Christian College was registered with the Non-State Schools Accreditation Board (NSSAB) as a fully funded independent college in Napranum, South Weipa, Cape York on 6 August 2021. The Napranum Aboriginal Shire Council endorsed the establishment of Kluthuthu Christian College in Napranum on Tuesday, 15 December 2020 and has issued a 30-year Lease for a designated property. The College has ACN (634 798 520) and ABN (1963 4798 520) and is scheduled to open on 23 January 2023. The Queensland Government new site centre code is B041.
