She is a caring wife, loving mom, and best sister, friend, and daughter. She will always do what she can to help others and look for the good in everyone. During her health journey she always says God is only going to give me what I can handle.

In 2021 it began with a pop in her back on Thanksgiving. After being sent home from the hospital with bilateral sciatica it was determined 5 days later she needed emergency surgery for a herniated disc which led to permanent neurological damage. During which she has seen numerous specialists and a long term treatment plan. Fast forward to September 2022 after a yearly mammo additional testing needed to be done. A biopsy confirmed invasive lobular carcinoma. Genetic testing also showed a genetic mutation for possible future diagnosis of cancer. After completing a bilateral masectomy she is currently undergoing months of intense chemotherapy followed by radiation and immunotherapy for the next 10 years. Only after cancer has been put to rest is she able to continue her treatments necessary following her back surgery and hopefully fix the damage that caused.

It will be a long and tough road but she has the support and determination to get through it!

We are hoping to help lessen the burden of the expenses that come with this journey and help her focus on the most important which is getting better!
