Gofundme for Chris Behrns

Chris Behrns has been a valued employee at Cass Clay Creamery since 2014, he was recently faced with an unforeseen challenge that may have changed his life forever. Chris had an infection which spread to the main artery of his heart valve which caused blockage to his brain. They have put a stint in his brain and replaced his heart valve. Chris is now fighting to regain mobility in the right side of his body. Chris is unable to walk without assistance and can only respond to yes or no questions. He is in transitional living right now to improve his current condition. Unfortunately, his insurance does not cover all the cost of the transitional living and he is now faced with $500 + additional costs for treatment each month. We are uncertain when Chris will be able to return to work at Cass Clay Creamery so we have set up this GoFundMe account to help offset the costs of Chris's treatment.   We dearly miss seeing Chris every day.  His intelligent and thoughtful demeanor paired with his amazing work ethic are like no other.  Chris always takes extra time to help his fellow teammates no matter how challenging the issue and does so with tremendous kindness and patience.  We want to help our valued employee and his family any way that we can.   Any donations are greatly appreciated.
