Johnnie Rodriguez, a Police Officer with the Essex County Department of Corrections has been diagnosed with a super rare auto immune disease called Poems Syndrome along with Myeloma Cancer in October of 2022. He has recently started infusion treatments with chemotherapy and will need a stem cell transplant that will cause him to be out a minimum of 6 months due to a number of treatments, transplant, and recovery. Officer Rodriguez has a wife, Shayla, and 3 kids; Janice, Johnnie Jr., Jayden and is the main source of income and as well as the health insurance provider for his family. We would ask for prayers and any contributions during this difficult time to help support him and his family.
