Period Poverty- Support PPLA

Period poverty is a worldwide issue that has affected many menstruators who cannot afford to buy menstrual products on a monthly basis. We PPLA (Period Project L.A) strive to make obtaining menstrual products more accessible to marginalized and under-resourced communities in Los Angeles. We are a student-led and mutual aid organization that strives to end period poverty and de-stigmatize menstruation through more education on our social media, through workshops, and even with community members. We strive to aid members who don't have access to menstrual products by going out to our communities in LA to distribute 'care packages' with the essentials they need. We are a passionate group of activists from high school to college students passionate about ending period poverty! This money, we raise will allow us to continue our monthly distributions and hopefully community events to keep supporting people.
