In loving memory of Khushi Dave Botadra
This campaign / fund raiser is an attempt to show our support to our dearest friend Dharam Botadra and little Ashvi, his 23 month old daughter. On the 15th of June, Dharam and Ashvi's beautiful world was shattered as Dharam lost his ever loving wife and little Ashvi, her mother, Khushi, who was just 32 years old,to a fatal heart attack.
Khushi, true to her name, was a cheerful, bubbly and happy personality, who spread happiness and positivity to everyone around her. Such was this unforgettable, kind soul, that her magnetic persona is cherished and remembered by even those who had met her once!
Those who knew Khushi would swear by the incredible food she cooked, her wonderful dance moves, her dedication at work but above all her kindness, warmth and selflessness. While she was Independent and hardworking, her faith in Almighty was inspirational. She had the knack to uncomplicate things and found the silver lining in every cloud!
On June 15, 2020, Khushi suffered a fatal heart attack. It happened so suddenly that all attempts to revive her by the 911, who arrived within minutes, were futile! The emergency crew and doctors tried their best to save Khushi , who had no prior known illnesses or ailments.
However, it seems that on that fateful day, Khushi and her family’s fate was sealed! After rushing her to the hospital and even with an emergency heart surgery, the doctors had to let her go. It was beyond human control. Dharam lost the love of his life that day and Little Ashvi lost her mother. Her family lost their emotional anchor and we all lost one of the kindest and most generous people we knew. Khushi’s passing has left a huge void not only in Dharam and Ashvi’s life, but in the hearts of all her family, friends and acquaintances who were lucky to have been associated with her during her short but meaningful life! She was gone too soon!
While the family’s loss is irreplaceable, this is a humble attempt to thank Khushi for all her generosity and the happiness she spread, before flying away to become an Angel, smiling at us from up above.
