LEBANON NEEDS YOU!

YOUR GENEROSITY WILL MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON THE LEBANESE HUMANITARIAN CRISIS.
The explosion of Beirut resulted in one of the most powerful detonations ever seen, ranking it 3rd after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Almost all the buildings in the city are damaged, at least 150 people are dead, hundreds of others missing and more than 5,000 thousand injured. 300,000 people found themselves homeless in a matter of seconds. Major hospitals in Beirut are severely damaged, some of them rendered inoperable, and the rest are completely overwhelmed.
Prior to this catastrophe, the corruption that plagued the Lebanese government for decades had already caused the currency to lose 80% of its value and pushed 50% of its citizens to live under the poverty line. This economic crisis was preceded by a sanitarian one that had been permeating the streets of Beirut for years, not to mention all the challenges that COVID-19 added to the situation.
THE COUNTRY AND ITS PEOPLE ARE IN NO CONDITION TO COPE WITH A SITUATION OF THIS MAGNITUDE.

Rescue teams and volunteers are working tirelessly to attend to the needs of thousands of victims, but much more needs to be done. And yet the Lebanese government is refusing many of the aids offered by countries all over the world.
YOUR DONATIONS WILL NOT BE GOING TO ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES OR POLITICAL PARTIES.
YOUR DONATIONS WILL BE DIRECTED TO LibanTROC , a trustworthy initiative that has been operating since the rise of the Lebanese revolution at the end of 2019.
Up until the explosion,  LibanTROC  had been aggressively focusing all their resources into supporting those most impacted by the economic crises, such as hungry families and individuals with medical emergencies. They have been very vigilant in operating in a completely transparent manner.
Since the explosion, LibanTROC  has shifted their focus to provide basic needs to victims such as food, water and first aid supplies. They’ve deployed their teams and joined forces with thousands of Lebanese people in an effort to clean the city of the inconceivable amount of debris. They have now expanded their mission by going into homes to board up shattered windows and doors, repair electrical and plumbing damage, and help clean, in an attempt to make them somewhat habitable.
WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION.
