Need Help - Advanced Rheumatoid, nerve damage

As of 4-2019 :   After major back surgery almost 5 years ago, hardware now in my back, then hit head-on a year later, with two surgeries within the past year, as well as multiple procedures including esophageal, knees, neck and back,  and I was rear-ended last week again.  Diagnosed with couple autoimmune diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, besides other debilitating diseases, including motility disorder and nerve damage; requiring procedures and surgeries.. Had lived at my brothers for two years when I had the back surgery; out of work then for a year and now I am unable to work.  Needing to keep my health insurance through Cobra costing over $700 a month.. On IV Immunotherapy infusions monthly  and at least 15 other medications..  I have exhausted all options, in extreme debt and fighting for disability.  Trying to survive
