Goggins4x4x48 Challenge for D15 Suicide & Coolmine

On the 1st weekend of March I will take on the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge for the 3rd time. I am doing this to raise funds for 2 important local Charities, D15 Suicide Awareness & Coolmine, for anyone who does not know the Challenge, I will run 4 miles (6 1/2km) starting on Friday every 4 hours for 48hours finishing on Sunday. The Challenge is tough as there isn't much sleep or time to rest, I will have locations up around blanchardstown closer to the time for anyone who would like to support me on a run!
