A group of school parents are seeking to raise £3,000 for Ingoldisthorpe C of E Primary School by attempting the National Three Peaks challenge in 24 hours over 31st August- 1st September 2018. The challenge involves summiting the highest mountains in England, Scotland & Wales. Over the 24 hours, the team will have walked over 37kms and climbed over 10,000ft!
Funds raised for Ingoldisthorpe
C of E Primary School, will contribute to two exciting new developments:
1. A new outdoor garden room that will be used to enhance the learning experience for the children, capitalising upon its special rural location and providing a vital space for focused support with reading and maths, music lessons, and quiet reflection.
2. A new electric piano, to further strengthen music-making in the school and encourage pupils’ musical development.
