Gold Duke of Edinburgh cooking residential

Hi, I’m Scarlett I’m fundraising money for my Gold Duke of Edinburgh residential this October. This is the final section I need to complete for my Duke of Edinburgh Gold.As part of this I have to raise the money to pay for it. This money will be used to pay for accommodation, food and resources. The course will teach me knife skills, food hygiene, restaurant service skills, safety in the kitchen and healthy eating.
