As you may be aware that an amazing opportunity to purchase 1,187 sqm of land adjacent to the Marion Mosque has risen. This will be a fantastic investment for the future generation of the Muslim community in South Australia.
This land will open up many pathways for the community such as expansion of the mosque prayer space, carpark and multi-purpose centre, along with added amenities and possibility of a sports complex.
Currently we have up to the end of February for settlement of the land at 654 Marion Road and the end of May for the settlement of the land at 652 Marion Road. The time frame is quite narrow; however this is the norm for the real estate market in Australia.
The total land price is $1.2 million.
AlhamduLILLAH, we have collected approximately $350k (46% of the total amount of the first house). These donations are from our beloved Muslim community in SA.
Currently we need to focus on the first house at 654 Marion Road, the 760 Sqm block. We have signed the contract and paid the deposit of $35K and the settlement date will be very soon on 1/3/2022 inshALLAH. Total amount is $760K (including fees), so it is of high priority to complete the payment of $410k by the end of February inshAllah.
As you can see, we are in a very urgent position to collate the remaining amount for 654 Marion Road.
Therefore, we request another 410 committed families or individuals to contribute $1,000 (one thousand Australian dollars only) or any amount will be accepted for this wonderful opportunity to be achieved.
It would be vital to grab this offer in order to cater for our growing diverse community and to expand our infrastructure and services.
