Golf Cart for Chaparral Elementary School

Chaparral Elementary is a school in Poway Unified School District. The campus, compared to other elementary schools, is fairly large and spread out since it has over 800 students and over 80 staff. Administration and custodial staff walk the grounds constantly throughout the day to support the needs of students, parents, teachers, and other staff members. Here are a few reasons why a golf cart would benefit Chaparral:
*Get supplies to teachers (i.e. PPE supplies)
*Transport kids/supplies between gates as needed
*Assist hurt children and staff to get to nurse quickly
*Respond to custodial situations more quickly (i.e. bathroom accidents, throw up, etc)
*Avoid injury when moving heavy items
*More efficient with duties
I understand that a golf cart is a luxury, but this would be a nice way to thank our administration and custodial staff for their continued efforts to make Chaparral a great place.
