Gone Too Soon: Funeral expenses for Ashley Carey

Ashley Carey, 32, had one of this biggest hearts of anyone I had ever met. She was taken from this world too soon. Due to this unexpected tragedy Ashley did not have life insurance nor emergency funds.  Ashley served in the US Coast Gaurd for six years and was honorably discharged with 100% disability. The VA is only covering a small amount of her funeral cost and we have exhausted every resource for help which is why we are now reaching out to the community as a last resort for help in this devastating time. 

Ashley also left behind her two small children who we’re her world. Any money donated that is remaining after funeral expenses is being placed in a savings account for the children.
