Gone Too Soon: Reginald Wilkins

Hello all, Reggie Wilkins was an amazing co-worker, a best friend, and most of all an amazing father. His number one goal in life was to be the best father he could be for his son Razhae and provide a better life for him than he had for himself. That’s the reason for this fundraiser.

Friday night on August 4th 2023, our beloved Reginald Wilkins passed away abruptly from a heart attack. He was 48 years old and full of spunk, joy, sass, jokes, and most of all a love for his friends and family.

But by his own words, the most important thing about Reggie and to Reggie was his love for his son. So we have set up this fundraiser for Razhae. “It’s all for Junior” as Reg would say. If you’ve ever lost a father you know how devastating it is for the son. Even more devastating is losing a father so young.

I was extremely close to Reggie, and the one concern he told me about was making sure Junior was taken care of and had a better life. Today we all can take a part in giving back to the son of Reggie who gave us so so much love, so many beautiful memories, and so much joy with his life.

Please consider giving what you can for this young man and his family. The money will be given to Razhae and his family for his future and to cover funeral costs.

Funeral Services for Reginald Wilkins will be held Saturday August 19, 2023 at Green Memorial Church of God in Christ 113 Clayton Ave Sikeston MO 63801 visitation 10 am-11am Services 12 pm noon.
