Gonzalez Family Survivor Fund

It is with great sorrow in my heart to create this fund.

 

My name is Corrina Soto , I’m the mother to Edwin Gonzalez’s children . I am starting this Go Fund Me account with the family's permission and the funds will be going directly to his girls and parents as they manage daily living expenses.

 

On Friday, October 22, 2021, Edwin was shot and killed in Fontana, Ca. Edwin was a loving , caring , Father , Friend and Brother to most people he came in contact with. He had a cheerful spirit and always made a point to check up on his friends and family. It is hard to imagine someone killed him . They took his life and parts of us when his life was taken. This tragedy has been a very difficult to accept.

 

The fund is intended to proactively assist with the daily living expenses for the family to help in anyway possible . No amount of money can bring Edwin and ease our sorrow.

 

These funds are not for Funeral expenses, as they are taken care of.

 

Edwin is beloved by so many who want to help and thought this would be the most effective way, if you feel inclined to contribute. Information will be limited, however, being the situation as it is, the best way everyone can assist is with helping reducing the financial burden.

 

Our family needs justice, as the person responsible for his death has not been found. If anyone has any information, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact the Fontana Police Department. We need justice for Edwin and closure for our family. Thank you in advance for your help.
