Good Fortune Family Fund

Good Fortune opened less than a year ago in Chicago's Logan Square. We are a small, independent restaurant, and like many in our industry, we don’t have a lot of resources saved for a rainy day, let alone an indefinite restaurant closure caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

 While we understand the measures taken by the Governor, closing our doors puts our entire team out of work, leaving them unable to support themselves and their families. While everyone is applying for government assistance, no one knows how long that will take or when that assistance will kick in. 

 We know that there is a lot of need in our city right now, and people are being stretched thin. But we have to try to make sure our family is taken care of during these crazy and uncertain times, so if you are in a position to contribute, we are asking you to spare what you can, because we can’t do this without you.  If we support each other, we can get through this. 

 We appreciate and love our community, and we are proud of the small role we play in Chicago's hospitality industry.  We can’t wait to see everyone on the other side and do what we do best – share our passion for good food, good wine and good times.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
