Good person in need of rehab, has no family

I've been trying to get my act together on my own with no success.

I was on the waiting list for Austin recovery but they shut down I don't have any hope in life unless I can get some treatment for my addiction.

I have a very serious alcohol and drug problem that I need professional help to learn how to recreate my life.

I have been in and out of recovery and have made progress but have never been able to create permanent recovery. At one point during my sobriety, I was actually going to school to be a licensed chemical dependency counselor and I really had great hopes and amazing ideas for myself. Those dreams slipped away when one stupid night I decided to take Ambien to go to sleep and from there I ended up here.

I was never really supposed to make it this far in life my mother pimped my sister and myself out to strange men for sex from the time I was nine and my sister was 11. My father rescued us at the age of 13. 

I tried killing myself a couple of times in the last 2 months using heroin and apparently, I'm supposed to still be here so I am as of now no longer fighting my higher power. I am just trying to ascertain the means to get my mind right again so I can get to a place in life where I can seek help out and hopefully follow this path.
