Gordon Knox Memorial Fundraiser

We represent the Sustainability Team of Lindt Ireland and as part of our sustainability plan, we want to help mark the one-year anniversary of one of our past Colleagues:- Gordon Knox and a charity he held close to his heart: Macmillan Cancer Support.

With this fundraiser, we want to people affected by cancer.

Gordon was the man who brought the Lindt brand to Ireland, he started his Lindt career as a lone ranger equipped with a van, some new customer application forms and of course some of our favorite Lindt products.

Gordon was a real advocate and leader when it came to building real relationships.

Anyone who worked with Gordon or had the privilege of meeting him knew instantly his deep love for creating real, honest and forward-thinking relationships.

Gordon was someone that would lend his ear when in a time of need or make time to meet you on the road for a cup of tea and a scone (or cake!) regardless of how busy he was – he truly was a gentleman of his generation.

Sunday 12th March 2023 marks the anniversary of Gordon’s passing.

Because of all the things Gordon did for the Lindt business, what he did for others and what he did for a lot of our team we have decided to try to raise as many funds as possible for Macmillan Cancer Support in the run-up to Easter 2023.

Please help us to raise money so Macmillan can help provide specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.

Every support is welcome and makes a huge difference.
