Gordon had some amazing experiences with EK Dementia Carers. He looked forward to his weekly trips to the centre or out and about across Scotland - whether to the beach, on a canal boat trip or even for a tour of Hampden Stadium!

We would love to support this group to help provide more support and create more experiences for others who are diagnosed with dementia.

Our Group was formed in 1990, by carers, to provide care and support to people living with dementia, family carers, and the local community.

We have our own fully accessible mini-bus and go on over 300 trips and outings each year.

Daycare means so many different things to different people. For us, it is as broad as it needs to be to allow us to engage with individuals in a way that is meaningful and personal to them.
