Got an eviction for Christmas!

Hi, my name is AJ and I've received a life-changing holiday gift. I could really use your help, if you're able and willing to spare it.
My story starts a few years ago, when I ended up on short term disability leave from my work. I had some severe back pain and an MRI discovered that there's 2 (soon to be 3) herniated discs in my spine. I did some physical therapy, and I've been getting spinal injections to help mitigate the worst of the pain, but what I really need is surgery.
I'd set up the surgery and was getting everything checked off, and at the last minute it was cancelled. The details are really messy, but things were put off temporarily while I tried to improve my health. My job moved me to Long Term Disability, and I was still getting paid like 40% of my salary; in addition I had to open an SSI Disability case. Being in constant pain sucked, but my life was still moving along... until the disability insurer through my work wanted me evaluated by an independent examiner.
This 3rd party ruled that I was indeed disabled, but could sit in a chair for up to an hour at a time, for a maximum of 6 hours per day. My medical team agreed with this assessment, but instead of the logical conclusion of "No employer would hire him with this restriction." they said "Well, you're cleared to return to work, good enough for us!" and kicked me off the disability insurance I was collecting.
Unemployment ruled me too disabled to work, and I'm on my first appeal with SSI Disability. To cover all bases, I've been applying to remote jobs, hoping I can find SOMETHING, ANYTHING to fill the gaps. Meanwhile, my friends have been incredibly generous and helped me survive through this trying time, but they can't do it anymore. I'm working with a crisis counselour to get some local aid/charity, yet they are finite systems with no shortage of people needing aid.
So in desperation, I'm coming to GoFundMe hoping for a christmas miracle. If you can/want to help and can afford it, thank you. If you can't afford it, please just signal boost this so others can see it. Either way, I hope you have a blessed day, and a Merry holiday.
