Got something in my Brain: Support Caitlin!

“Got nothing in my brain, shake it off”.

 

Let’s help Caitlin shake off the financial burden of brain cancer. 

 

In March, Caitlin suffered multiple seizures, conquered brain surgery (like the rockstar she is) and yet was still met with the devastating diagnosis of Grade 3 Astrocytoma. This incurable form of brain cancer will require routine chemo/radiation/treatment/scans. 

 

Initially, her doctors said it would be years before she would need to start treatment. However, after some unfortunate test results, Caitlin received the news that she needed to start chemo and radiation right away. 

 

Understandably, this has rocked Caitlin and Bill’s lives and we want to ensure financial stress is not another thing on their plate. Our goal is to provide Caitlin with the peace of mind she deserves by offering some financial relief to help with her high deductible, prescriptions, doctors appointments, travel, and all the ups and downs that come with this new journey.

 

No one deserves to go through this, let alone at the age of 34. Caitlin is our pop culture fanatic, constant source of laughter, and treasured adventure buddy. Help us surround Caitlin with the same warmth and love that she brings into our lives every day.

When discussing the way to approach this fundraiser, we brainstormed numerous slogans. We toyed with serious vs. funny. We floated around silly puns with Buffalo bills, cross stitching, roller skating, Harry Styles…

But we settled on Taylor Swift because, well, duh.
