Gowns4Grads

My name is Lisa Ferguson, and an organization that my mom is part of started hosting an amazing event, Gowns4Grads. Alongside the Trenville Royal Purple Elks 248 she started doing this program back in 2018, and the program has helped hundreds of graduates look amazing and feel special on their big day.

On February 10th around noon, a trailer with more than 500 dresses, 100 suits, shoes and accessories, and many other event props was stolen from the village of Elnora. The contents of the trailer were loaded and ready for an upcoming event in Red Deer to give out to anyone needing a dress or suit for their graduation.

I'd like to help raise some money to replace everything that was taken. Unfortunately the trailer was loaned to the R.P.Elks by a local community member and is only covered by insurance through the vehicle that is towing it, and there was no theft coverage at the time.

All funds raised will help replace the trailer needed to transport everything to their multiple events throughout Central Alberta, along with dress racks and clothes hangers, storage bins, carts, etc. And of course more dresses, suits, shoes, and accessories.

Please don't let the selfish acts of a few bring to an end the amazing and generous work that has helped so many and can continue to help so many more!
