Martensville house fire

Dawn Fitzpatrick's Martensville house was severely damaged by a house fire yesterday morning. Dawn lives at the house with her partner Luc, sons 14-year old Kristian and 7-year old Ethan, daughters 5-year old Willow and 4-year old Sage.

Kristian is my son and I've started this GoFundMe to help with the family start over again.

From looking at the media coverage, the house is obviously a total loss and it's not likely that anything inside is salvageable. A house fire like this at any time of year is obviously tragic, but for this to happen two weeks before Christmas just makes it worse.

100% of funds will be given to the family to assist with starting over and salvaging Christmas.

The family has been provided shelter by the Canadian Red Cross, but nobody is sure how long that will last. Insurance coverage isn't certain at this time, but that always takes time, so the family is in need of help right now.

Please consider donating $5, $10, $20, whatever you can spare to help this family get back on it's feet and maybe salvage Christmas for the little ones involved. Thank you for any donation that you are able to make and Merry Christmas to all.

Household items are appreciated but the family asks that you hold on to them for now as there is no place to store them currently. The family is looking for new housing and will hopefully have the space soon. *EDIT* There is storage space, however I haven't been provided any contact information yet so if you have donations, please just hold on to them for now while we iron out the details.
