I am the Mother of Jake's only child, Jacob is in need of some help in a big way and in order for family to take care of him properly this is necessary. Money will be used to get Jake the constant care he requires, clothes that fit him, gas $ for this driving him to appointments, food, proper bed, cleaning supplies,just everything that comes to mind when caring for a sick loved one.
