Matt Cummings Medical Fund

My good friend Matt Cummings is currently in the hospital. Matt was admitted to the hospital because of an asthma attack. They found that his muscle enzymes were very elevated. It's not normal for a 30 year to have such elevated levels and he will need alot of tests to determine the root cause.  He is currently in the Neurology department of Indianapolis Methodist Hospital. Matt is a father of 2 and currently working in higher education. Please donate to help his family with medical bills.
