Help Jennifer repair her home

Hi, I'm Curtis Campbell and I'm setting up this fundraiser for my sister Jennifer Campbell due to her Tenant destroying her home, and now this individual is MIA. There is significant damage to the entire townhouse and for our safety the police wanted us to wait until he was not home to assess the damage. All the walls have holes and need to be fixed as well as painted, all the carpet needs to be replaced, the back doors and front doors are broken, all the closet doors are missing, the stove is missing and some of the electrical wirings need to be redone and the entire place smells like smoke. Right now it is unlike that insurance will cover the full scope or any of the damages. 

The only reason why my sister Jennifer even rented out her townhouse was to move home and to help me take care of our mom who at the time had just woken up from an 11-day coma after contracting Necrotizing fasciitis and took over 2 years for her to recover(https://youtu.be/J8v5PsN016w). During that time Jennifer worked hard to finish her Master's degree program in counseling as of last September. Jennifer is currently working hard to build her own counseling practice. 

Any funds would go to hiring a contractor, cleaning service, and replace appliances that are missing and broken, and covering her mortgage until the repairs are done. Any extra funds I would like to contribute to my sister's student loans.

We are not meant to do life alone especially when terrible things happen. As you can imagine Jennifer is devastated.
