Mom needs transportation & more
Donation protected
Hey everyone,
Meet my mom, Mona pictured with myself and one of my wife and I’s sons Fynn. I’m trying to raise money for my mom to help her pay medical bills as well as find a new vehicle or just aid in any capacity, her financial situation. She has been a regular to her local food shelter as well as lived in low income housing for the last 10 years. She is a beautiful soul that has had a LOT of hard things thrown at her life the last 23 years including being widowed in a car accident that also left her permanently handicapped in one arm, t-boned in an auto accident last year as well as most recently last week being rear ended which resulted in her car being totaled and she’s left with severe whiplash as well as cracked ribs. (There have been so many more hardships she’s faced over the years but I’m cutting this list short to preserve some level of her life story being shared without her knowing). She doesn’t have the heart to pursue legal action. The problem is she has no money to her name, no means of transportation to commute to her minimum wage job, and the vehicle she was driving was not exactly high value. Our collective family over the years have all chipped in when we can to help her through different financial burdens that have come her way and without her knowing I’m now taking this to all our collective friends and family as it’s gotten beyond what our family on it’s own can give the kind of relief she needs. She would absolutely not approve of me doing this so I didn’t ask, she’s grateful for what she has. In fact even in her financial situation she never misses our boys birthdays and sends them gifts that we watch them open knowing good and well the $20 that gift and Shipping cost her was way more than she could afford. She’s one of the most selfless people I’ve ever known. At the end of the day this fundraiser could change her quality of life in a big way, if nothing else it could help her get into a safer more reliable vehicle, make a payment on one of many maxed out credit cards, pay for the numerous doctors bills coming her way, or even allow her to put some money aside for a moving fund to allow her to leave Washington state and move closer to her family that is all 1,000+ miles away. If you’re reading this please don’t feel obligated to give just because you know me or the person that shared it, my mom will be grateful no matter the outcome of this fundraiser. If you can’t donate financially more than happy to invite you to pray for her to find better health and financial peace. Thanks all.
