GRACE SALT 2024 MISSIONS TRIP TO CHIANG MAI

My name is Grace Xiong and I am a sophomore in college. I am blessed to have the opportunity to go on a missions trip with HKM NextGen (Hmong District of the Christian & Missionary Alliance).

I am fundraising to attend the "Salt and Light" missions trip which will be hosted by by HKM NextGen. I will be serving in Chiang Mai, Thailand for about 2 weeks during December 2024. I have a passion and desire to serve God and I believe I can achieve this by serving other communities, building new relationships, and spreading the word of God to those who have never known God's love and grace.

I currently serve on the Children's Ministry team at Sunshine Hmong Alliance Church, as the coordinator. As I serve, I share the Gospel and teach the Bible to children ages 4-12 years old. I also plan many events for the children and my favorite thing to teach the children is body worship!

I believe this missions trip will challenge me to take my passion for His work beyond the church walls by taking me out of my comfort zone. This trip will also help me grow as a servant of God as I have the opportunity to teach children overseas.

I would greatly appreciate prayers for funding and for the trip overall. I am very grateful and blessed to do the Lord's work and for any donation as small as a penny. I could not go on this trip without all of your support and prayers. I truly cannot wait to help those who do not know God and get to experience his love and grace.
