Gracelyn & Taylor Family Traveling & Recovery

Hi my name is Kimberly Bicknell and I’ve been a close friend to Bri McDonald and Michael Taylor. I’m setting this Fundraiser up to help them with traveling expenses and help with bills as their newborn daughter recovers from Bacterial Meningitis.

Gracelyn is just 10 days old and was admitted to the ICU on 3/14/24 because she was having difficulty with breathing. After doctors ran tests they discovered she had Bacterial Meningitis. She was also having seizures due to the pressure on her brain and spine. She has since had to be placed on a ventilator and is still in the ICU receiving treatment for the meningitis.

These parents also have 3 boys at home that they have to care for and have been traveling an hour each way between home and the hospital to be there for their boys and Gracelyn. Unfortunately this severely impacts their finances. Not only are the traveling expenses ever increasing, Michael is having to take time off work to be there for his family. I’m hoping by raising this money we can help them focus on being there for Gracelyn and lessen the burden of finances. Any amount helps!
