Hurricane Ian~Gracie and Vera lost our home & car

Hello, I’m Gracie B. My daughter Vera and I are originally from Naples, Florida but, due to the steep $600/month rent increase in December of 2021 we were motivated to move to a marina in North Fort Myers to live aboard our fixer upper boat, a 1982, 38 foot Chris Craft Catalina 381 Cruiser. We have lost everything from Hurricane Ian, our boat “TheMimi” our car Tammy Camry and our sweet baby cat Salem have all been washed away in the disaster. We are resilient and survivors but we are asking for any help we can get to rebuild our lives for, most people haven’t gotten as far as they have without some help along the way. Two ladies not afraid of braving the waterways and living our best lives need to persevere,
