'Today I'm doing a healthy minds trust fund where if you guess the Teddy's name you win it. It's £2 a ticket to guess the Teddy's name. The reason I'm doing this is for healthy minds as my Dad has border personality disorder and I've saw how bad he suffers. I know it's not just my Dad out there but I've only seen my dad. I know a lot of people  are in that state and I don't want them to be there. It took him a long time to get a therapist, over a year, he's only just found one. The reason why that is, is because everyone chooses different shelters and stuff like that which are amazing but no one thinks about healthy minds.
