Help give Gracie-Ann and Jayden the best send off

Story

 

On Saturday 5th February 2022, Gracie-Ann (Aged 4) was returning home from a birthday party, alongside her Mother, her step-Father and her Brother, Jayden-Lee (Aged 3). At around 13:45, Gracie-Ann, her Brother, Jayden-Lee, and their family were involved in a serious car accident, which led to Gracie-Ann and her Brother, Jayden-Lee, being rushed into intensive care due to the injuries they had both sustained.

 

Gracie-Ann, being the worst affected, had suffered a stroke and later on, a cardiac arrest. At approximately 5AM, on Sunday morning, Gracie-Ann had passed away due to the severity of her injuries.

UPDATE ON JAYDEN-LEE'S PROGRESS

Unfortunately, after 5 days of fighting, Jayden-Lee has passed away. On Friday 11th Feb 2022 at 16:20, Jayden-Lee reunited with his sister, Gracie-Ann.
