Gracie Perrault: YWAM Outreach Funds

HEY FRIENDS!!!! Thank you for taking a few minutes to read about what God has been doing in me!! As you may know, I am currently in Kona, Hawaii at a mission organization called YWAM (Youth With A Mission).

 

I went on my first mission trip when I was about 14 years old to Guatemala. That trip catapulted my love for missions and a heart for serving other people. Through lots of prayer and conversation over this past year, I felt a strong stirring in my heart to go into missions!

 

For those who want to hear more about it: My time with YWAM has included 3 months of training at the University of the Nations and leaving soon for 3–4-month outreach overseas.

 

I am near the tail end of the training phase and WOW the Lord has radically changed my life. We have touched on subjects like the Character and Nature of God, Original design, as well as practicals to take out on the mission field like the five-finger gospel and how to lead prayer meetings. This week we are touching on biblical worldview and practicals to take with us when sharing the gospel with those in the nations.

 

I am so thankful for this opportunity and that I have the privilege to dive deep in intimacy with the Lord. Only He could orchestrate something this sweet and good, and with every ounce of faith within me I believe He will provide!! I have seen Him do it in the past, and am so certain He will do it again!!
